I would like to be able to use family note for an individual session.
I had to create an individual profile for insurance billing purposes, however the sessions are for the entire family and a different set of notes would be helpful as the individual note says “client said this or that”, but there were several people in the room and those remarks are all incorrect as they don’t apply to the same person.
