Bill Insurance under Couple or Family Session

Need the ability to bill insurance for couples and family sessions. Also the ability to potentially enter two insurance cards (and credit card) for couple or family sessions, allowing the client to decide whose insurance or card they want billed for each session. As the clinician having the ability to select whose profile to bill for that day.
