📄 Downloadable Files Generated by the Assistant

We're adding the ability for the Assistant to generate files you can download and use outside Upheal. Ask for a letter, a summary, or a spreadsheet of your unpaid invoices, and get a finished file instead of text to copy and paste. Whatever the Assistant can find or write, it will be able to package into a document that's ready to print, send, or file away. You review it first, as always.

We're expanding the Assistant into AI agents, background routines that handle recurring work without being asked. Session Prep is the first. Next come agents for things like keeping an eye on outstanding balances, tracking intake progress, and flagging compliance gaps before they become problems. You'll decide exactly how much each agent can do: read-only, ask before acting, or handle it automatically. And you won't be limited to our agents. You'll be able to create your own with custom instructions, so an agent can follow the rules of your practice, not a generic one. The goal is simple: the admin work that piles up between sessions gets done in the background, and you review the results.

Switch from Any EHR with AI-Assisted Migration

We're building AI-powered migration that works with exports from any EHR. Upload the files your current platform gives you, whatever format they're in, and Upheal figures out the structure, sorts documents by client, and brings your records over. It works even for EHRs we've never seen before. Today, switching means either manual re-entry or waiting on a concierge process. This turns it into a guided flow: drag in your export, answer a couple of quick questions, review what's coming over, and confirm. You'll see exactly what was imported before anything lands in your charts, so you can switch on your own schedule without losing your history.

Associating Clients

I sometimes meet with a couple and then meet individually with each partner. It would be good to list them individually and then be able to link them so I have control over the notes and can have individual notes and couple notes depending upon who i’m meeting with.

Error in Analytics Help

In Analytics Help the sentence “Another insight this measure may provide is potential indication of mood state changes such as in the manic or depressive states that, for example, accompany borderline disorder.”, should correctly read, “Another insight this measure may provide is potential indication of mood state changes such as in the manic or depressive states that, for example, accompany BIPOLAR disorder.”

I know our date system makes no sense (American) but having the dates in the order you do makes cutting and pasting a pain in the neck. I would love it if it was fixed.

I'm not requesting anything, but wanted to say thanks

I want to let Upheal know how much I use the AI assistant at the bottom of the screen. I use it to help me find answers to disability questions, to help me find something I remember saying but can't find. I am astonished at how useful it is. I've been considering leaving Upheal because of issues I've been having, but that AI assistant is a huge reason I'm staying. I’m still irritated that the dates are not in the correct order for my country. But the little AI dude is great
