Therapeutic Executor access to practice records

Provide a facility to designate a Therapeutic Executor — a fellow therapist/supervisor who can access the practice records to inform clients and refer them on as appropriate. In the UK this is required in case of sudden death, and access should apply only in case of death or complete incapacitation.
