No Show/Cancellation Session Notes

I would love for there to be a way to put in a No Show or Late Cancellation Note into the Session Notes Section and not the chart notes so it is easier to keep track of sessions. I use the AI assistant to give me the info I need for the type of discharge summary I have to do and it doesn’t put that info into those notes.
