Fix calendar sync of changes with outside schedules

PLEASE allow a change to calendar ASAP

Changes made on UPHEAL need to delete and reschedule appointments so they are reflected on the connected outside schedules. Currently, changed info is saved as "reschedule" on the outside schedules, which UPHEAL receives as a BLOCK, so the schedules do not sync correctly. This causes a loss of revenue when clients as well as the customer cannot see that times are really available, appointment times are lost, and holes appear in the schedule.
