When a therapist’s schedule is full, clients should be able to join a cancellation or waitlist.
This would allow clients to opt in to be automatically contacted via the AI engine, when a client cancels and a slot opens up for that week!

Clients can join a waitlist for a specific week
AI Engine automatically contacts all clients on the cancelation list and the program contacts clients when a slot opens (all automated)
Optional notification when a cancellation occurs - clients don’t have to opt in to this. This way, not all of the clients get contacted when an appointment is made available. Just the ones who opted in.
