calendar booking customization

It would be great to be able to block out time slots for things other than Sessions or Time Off. Being able to customize as needed (meetings, other appointments, events, courses/study, etc) would be great. ALSO, color blocking specific events so at a glance you can tell what is going on that day/week, etc.
