Bill insurance before associate signs progress note

Allow billing insurance for sessions even when the associate's progress note has not been signed and locked yet. Currently, a practice owner with two associates must sign the associate's note, bill, and then unlock the note so the associate has time to review it. Being able to bill regardless of whether the associate has reviewed and signed their note would save time.
