When a new client is added to Upheal, there's no automatic notification sent to them. They have no way of knowing they have an account to log into or how to access the client portal. This creates confusion and a gap in the onboarding experience.
It would be helpful to automatically send a welcome email to new clients that includes:
Confirmation that their account has been created
Instructions on how to log in or access the portal
A link to download the mobile app
Any relevant practice policies or expectations
This would streamline onboarding and ensure clients know they have portal access without the therapist having to manually notify them.
