Access associate's notes from team calendar

Restore the ability for a licensed clinician supervisor to access and review associate's notes directly from the team calendar. Previously the notes could be opened and reviewed from the team calendar; now the supervisor has to go into each associate's client profiles individually to review the notes. Allow quick access to associate's notes for supervisor review.
