The ability to add multiple CPT codes and/or select modifier codes for a session in the calendar and notes is imperative for insurance to pay the client’s claim, whether that is thru superbill or insurance billing.
Right now the clinician has to remember all the various modifier codes that are required. We would like to set up billing codes that can have modifiers preset. We would also like to be able to set a default billing code for a client in their profile.

Thanks for the suggestion! We hear you on the modifier code memory load, this is exactly the kind of workflow friction we want to remove. We’re tracking this alongside a related, higher voted request for multi CPT code and modifier support, and have added your idea (default billing code per client) to that thread so it gets considered together.
It would be helpful to add the CPT code when scheduling the appointment in the calendar (ex. 90832, 90834, 90837) so you don’t have to go back and add it to the note.

If you put the CPT code in your services, it should automatically populate in your note as well. Currently, services with CPT codes are available only to UphealOS users. But this will change in upcomming days

Adding CPT code from Calendar
It would be helpful to add the CPT code when scheduling the appointment in the calendar (ex. 90832, 90834, 90837) so you don’t have to go back and add it to the note.
